TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Both sidelines will be missing a player when Clemson and Florida State meet Saturday night in Tallahassee, according to the ACC availability reports released ahead of the game.
For Clemson, freshman wide receiver Gordon Sellars III was ruled out in the Friday update after carrying a questionable tag on the Wednesday and Thursday lists. Sellars sat out last week as well after a concussion. The former four-star recruit has three receptions for eight yards in 63 snaps this fall and is listed as a co-backup at his receiver spot.
Florida State will be without starting cornerback Quindarrius Jones, who started five of the Seminoles first seven games. Jones was limited to 14 snaps last week at Miami before leaving, and his replacement in that game, Nehemiah Chandler, was also hurt but did not appear on this week report.
The Seminoles defensive coordinator, Tony White, had already hinted that injuries might force him to shuffle the secondary.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Doak S. Campbell Stadium.
