DPR Construction Establishes Presence in Historic Borden Ice Cream Factory

DPR Construction has opened a new office in Greenville, located within the historic Borden Ice Cream Factory. This adaptive reuse project has transformed the former manufacturing facility into a modern workplace.

The approximately 4,300-square-foot office features open work areas, various meeting rooms, and informal collaboration spaces. It also includes a central break room, a social hub, and a dedicated wellness and mother’s room.
