Patrick Square blends Clemson spirit with walkable suburban design. Wide sidewalks, front-porch culture, and a town center with restaurants, shops, and a boutique inn create a neighborhood that feels both vibrant and unhurried.
History
Patrick Square broke ground around 2008 as the first TND development of its kind in the Clemson area. Developer JMC Homes planned the community around the concept that neighbors should interact — building town center infrastructure before homes to ensure the walkable ecosystem was established from day one.
